Our research catalogue includes published reference prices and quote-only products. Reference prices come from the linked manufacturer or supplier and may change. A product listing does not establish current SOVEX stock, authorised dealer status or a confirmed selling price. Your final quotation confirms the exact model, finish, quantity, price and availability.
Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and lead times are confirmed with your quotation, based on your city, product size and order quantity. Tell us where your project is and we will help you plan.
Returns & warranty
Check the model, finish, dimensions and installation requirements before confirming an order. Any return, exchange or manufacturer warranty terms will be provided with your final quotation.
Orders & payment
Submitting your bag places an order with a unique reference and a Placed status. No payment is collected online. We confirm availability, any reference or unpriced items, delivery charges and payment arrangements before fulfilment.
Your information
When you place an order, your contact details, delivery address and products are stored so SOVEX can fulfil it. A customer record groups orders with the same phone number. If you provide an email, we use it for your order confirmation through our email provider. Project enquiries are stored separately. Your bag and saved products stay in your browser. To request correction or removal of your details, contact the team. Do not submit payment card details.

Can I buy a single item or request a bulk quotation?+
Both. Add one product or build a complete list with your required quantities. For a whole home, commercial space or contractor order, include your project notes in the enquiry.
Are the prices shown my final order prices?+
Products marked “reference price” use published supplier prices as a guide. Your SOVEX quotation confirms the final selling price, selected finish, availability and any delivery charges. Quote-only products are priced after enquiry.
How do I know a fitting will work in my bathroom?+
Check the manufacturer model and dimensions, then confirm the water pressure, pipe connections, outlet position and mounting type with your installer. Include any uncertainty in your enquiry before ordering.
Can I enquire from outside Lahore or Karachi?+
Yes. Enter your city in the form. Delivery availability, charges and lead times are confirmed for your location and the items you select.
Does placing an order take payment?+
Placing your order saves it immediately with a unique reference. No payment is taken online. SOVEX contacts you to confirm availability, any reference prices, delivery and payment arrangements. If you supply an email, an order confirmation can be sent to that address.
